Solang Valley in Manali - Beautiful serene valley of Manali which is full of adventures and snow capped mountains.

If you don't want to climb up then towards your right side through narrow path you can reach the base of the waterfall. On the way few restaurants and guest houses are also available.

Small stretch of up slope will be there near the waterfall. On the way you can see Beas river and snow peaks of Rohtang at your left side. Yogini mata temple is at the base of the waterfall. From here you can climb and reach the top p;oint of the waterfall. . Here there is small pool formed by the falling water. You can spend lovely time near temple and watch the waterfall. My Experience:

We just went there in chilly winters and Rohtang pass was closed due to heavy snowfall. Then on recommendation of locals I visited Gulaba which didn’t disappoint us! It’s around 45 mins drive up to the old Rohtang route. We drove up to the gulaba check post point. The track and snowy route was breathtaking! 

Some tips:

The road is slippery just hire a private taxi, which is best and safest option to reach there.


Best time to travel in Gulaba, Manali : in winters during November to February during day time


In Summers: March to July. You can enjoy zorbing, river rafting and experience the lush green valley in summers too.
